I’m training hard—but not smart [day#15]

Once again, I’m training hard—but not smart. Time to rethink the weekly structure and lower the overall load. Getting back into running is taking a bigger toll than expected. Even though metrics like HRV and ATL seem fine, the increased appetite, sleepiness, irritability, and apathy I’ve felt for days now aren’t random.
Today I’ll reflect on how to adjust. Running takes priority. The hybrid model is not for me right now, and full-scale strength training will have to wait until winter. For now, I’ll design a supportive maintenance plan that aligns with the main goal: returning to running and being ready for the race in 80 days.
