Można bez końca się doktoryzować co i jak nale Można bez końca się doktoryzować co i jak należy zrobić aby zrealizować nasze cele. Nie ważne, czy to jest start w zawodach, czy to jest cel sylwetkowy, czy po prostu poprawienie stanu zdrowia. Bez końca można gromadzić wiedzę, szukać źródeł inspiracji, "skrolować" lub karmić się wizualnie osiągnięciami ludzi którzy pracowali na to latami a sprzedają jako sukces dla każdego tu i teraz. 
Można też zacząć tu i teraz, z tym co masz, z tym co możesz. Pójść wcześniej spać, zjeść trochę lepiej, pobyć z sobą w naturze (parku, lesie) odpuścić sobie ciągłe planowanie i przygotowywanie. Zacząć działać, nawet gdy zasoby są ograniczone.
